When beginning the home buying experience we believe that you should employ as many trusted advisors as available to you. A trusted advisor is someone that can lend useful insight to support your home purchase process from a perspective that is different from you own. We all have our own perspectives—how we see things in our lives. Some things we see very well and other “could be very important” things, we completely miss. People that we know and trust do not have our same perspective—and that is good. Putting together the perspectives of yourself and your advisors enhances your vision and allows you to make much better decisions. In the home buying process we are just one of your advisors. We want you to have several advisors. Who could be your trusted advisor? Your trusted advisor could be your parents, your brother, your sister, your realtor, your financial advisor or your accountant.
Our goal is to empower you with a confident understanding that you are the quarterback of you home buying experience. It is not your accountant’s home purchase, or, your realtor’s home purchase, or anyone other than your home purchase.
How we achieve these goals is to sit down together and listen to what you want to achieve in your home purchase. This is a process. It is a fun process. We encourage you to have fun looking for the home of your dreams.
